EVERYBODY is cutting their hair. i'm not only talking about the solanges and the ciaras and the cassie/lalas and the carmelo anthonys and omarions, most of my friends are chopping their locks off as well. as for Solange, hey girl .. DO YOU ! i could care less. all i know , is that i will NEVER EVER EVER EVER fall into this trend again lmao . but why is everybody getting at Bow Wow for expressing his opinion!? this is EXACTLY why i hate society. we (regular civilians) feel that we can have ourr freedom of speech, but celebrities are famous , so it doesn't apply to them, and they get criticized for stupid shit ( btw , chris brown don't owe anybody BUT rihanna an apology, so shut up with the insincere shit ) .. yea OKAY . listen here, he was simply stating what he FELT , just like we all do on our blogs . and besides,
i [100%] agree with him anyway . shoot me .
i [100%] agree with him anyway . shoot me .
but why Gia? why won't you ever cut your hair off again? because my hair takes AGESSSS to grow back . we all know that african americans' hair tends to take much longer to grow than that of other races (i'm a great part BLACK bozo's) and unfortunately that applies to my hair.. not only that , but it's all naps when it grows in too! (straighteners and curling irons do wonders girl). and i've always been jealous of my little sister , because she has hair that she can sit on *@&$^! .personally , i feel like hair is one of the things that makes a woman FEMININE , and is a form of self-expression. like i personally like crazy hair. most wouldn't usually wear with madd bright colors because it tells you a lot about the person. back in the day , a shaved cut would make u seem bold, empowered .. now i believe you'll just be another face in the crowd. plus, trends are EVERchanging , so when the next style comes in , then what !?
i'll keep mine, thanks .

i agree. i mean, some people like change and some people look BETTER with short hair. it's up to them, really. but what makes it worse is that now that celebs are doing it, alot more regular joe shmoes are doing it too and they are being looked like as a follower.
*clapping* I agree with eveeery single part of what you wrote! Bow Wow said what everyones thingking. Chris deffff doesn't owe anyone besides Rihanna an pology. The going bald trend is noooo bueno in my book. I think I'll stick to my head of hair. A good ol' perm, doobie, wash-n-set... *shrugs* I'm content with it. GREAT post! :)

mmm yeah i agree with him hear to girl... you too.. i havent even noticed there hair but that sounds crazy. everybody is trying to be like everybody else. also i agree about the chris brown stuff too...besides its not affecting our lives, why are people stressing over whether or not he was sincere...whether he is or not is between him rihanna an a big man upstairs =o there are lots of civilian peoples suffering domestic abuse that we could be helping out in our own communities, and charities and what not instead of jock riding a girl we can't even get to to help who's got plenty of people to help... nobody is living their own life... its all wrapped around celebrities...and i feel you on that black peoples hair thing..my is only at my shoulders and i am never going to cut it. i dread when the few times i go to a salon and they clip the ends but i guess they are supposed to do that...
